Vendor Details
Payment & Deposits
A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your booth. The remaining balance is due in full by June 1, 2026 to retain your location and rates.
What's Included
Pipe & Drape is included with all booth sizes. Electric service, tables, and chairs are available to order at an additional cost upon application approval.
Cancellation Policy
All deposits are non-refundable. All cancellations must be made in writing to show management. Cancellations after June 1, 2026 forfeit the full booth fee.
